Shannon Vance-Brunelli is a proud resident of Idaho who has embraced life on the ranch after spending 25 years in Reno, Nevada. Her passion for horses and the ranch lifestyle inspired her move, and she’s made it her mission to contribute meaningfully to her community. Shannon is the founder of Horse Magic, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping teens in Idaho and surrounding areas overcome anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation through equine-assisted therapy.
Her dedication to service extends to her professional roles as a licensed real estate agent with LK Realty and a loan officer at Empire Home Loans. Joining LK Realty was a decision close to Shannon’s heart. She had heard about Leo and his team through a mutual friend, and once she met them, she immediately knew it was the perfect fit. Shannon was drawn to their strong focus on community service, which aligns with her own values and passion for helping others.
Shannon also has a special place in her heart for the Hispanic population, which made joining Leo’s team even more meaningful. Her primary language is English, but her favorite language to speak is Spanish. She studied Spanish in high school, minored in the language in college, and spent a semester abroad at the University of Costa Rica. While she doesn’t consider herself fluent, she can confidently converse and loves connecting with the Hispanic community through her work.
Shannon’s professional background in nursing further enriches her compassionate and client-centered approach. Whether finding the perfect property, navigating mortgage options, or creating opportunities for mental health support, Shannon’s work is defined by her unwavering dedication to others.
When not serving her clients or working with her nonprofit, Shannon can be found cycling with her husband, exploring Idaho’s beautiful outdoors through camping, or spending quality time with her two daughters, including Kenyan, her adventurous 15-year-old. She’s also deeply passionate about animals and loves tending to her growing flock of chickens and caring for her two Great Pyrenees dogs.
In 2025, Shannon aims to achieve her goals of being the most physically fit she has ever been, achieving a strong work-life balance, and riding like a true cowgirl on her beloved horses. Her zest for life, belief in service, and entrepreneurial spirit continue to inspire everyone around her.
